I would like to say the Dr's and all the staff at Leven Surgery have always been helpful. My daughter struggled a lot of years with eczema and we always received great support. Recently my mum became a temporary resident with a terminal illness, Dr's and staff involved were fantastic. It would be nice if Dr Surgery's where open on a Saturday morning for the people that work 8-6 week days.

We waited to long after our appointment time this happen very often weather we see a nurse or a doctor at least we got seen eventually.

Doctors service is great. Thorough and caring. Receptionist are rude. I stood at the counter whilst she ignored me for a minute and some are friendly but the others seem to be short tempered and glassed and brain hair.

I have telephoned twice this month March 2015- today 16th March. Staff always polite and helpful and likewise my Dr Chapman always attentive to medical need.
